Morena – Actress & Acting Coach
Morena began her acting journey as a child in the Nicaraguan TV drama Tita Ternura. She trained as an actress and acting instructor at the Pilar Aguirre National Theatre School (Nicaragua), specializing in the Stanislavski Method, and further developed her skills in casting and directing actors and non-actors using the Neutral Mask Method under Argentine coach Norma Angeleri at EICTV (Cuba).
She gained international recognition for her role as Luz in the Costa Rican feature film El Camino (The Path), directed by Isthar Yasin and co-starring French actor Jean-François Stévenin, which premiered at the Berlinale. Morena’s versatile career also includes six short films, sixteen stage productions, and various radio projects.
Passionate about storytelling, Morena teaches acting in Nicaragua and Guatemala, inspiring new generations of performers. Dedicated and creative, she brings powerful, authentic stories to life, captivating audiences on both screen and stage.

Morena is multilingual, speaking Spanish and English fluently, with basic knowledge of French, German, and understanding of Portuguese. She can perform in the following Spanish accents and can also teach them:

Her voice is mezzo-soprano. She has experience singing in school and church choirs, bringing musicality and expressiveness to her performances.
